Branding
If you're business owner you should read on...
Showing up online on your social media platforms, website and such like in this day and age is so important. Your customers and clients want to invest in you! And want to see the people behind the logo of who they are buying into. This is why getting your branding imagery spot on is paramount!
Knowing your Brand
These are the first steps to building a successful brand for your business.
So, what is your ‘brand’? What makes your business stand out and differ from your competitors? We want to bring your brand to life, and we want people to feel and perceive your brand based on your images. Those images should spark an emotional reaction and thus igniting an action of visitors on your website or social media. Your images need to sell, and sell you!
WHAT DOES A BRAND SHOOT INTELL?
Planning - There will be weeks of planning. Many conversations over the phone and emails to make sure we both are reading from the same page, have the same visions and correct intent for your business and brand. Doing all the pre-shoot work and effort will inevatbly make the photoshoot much easier and enjoyable. I promise you'll enjoy it!
Location -We work on locations and building a ‘scene’ for your shoot. Whether this be in a place of work, office, kitchen, studio, or even remotely at a beach, field or park. Location builds the picture.
Props or Products - We work on props and using your products. Photographing you using these in real time creates authentic imagery.
Posing - I have multiple poses in my back pocket, however we want you to look and feel natural. I will talk through every step of our shoot and the process on the day, to ensure you are comfortable and relaxed. We will take the best snippets of your working day and incorporate these moments into our shoot, so your storyline of images are authentic and true to your business.
Taking the time
The strategic planning required long before the day of the photoshoot leads to a greater amount of time investment from the brand photographer for each photoshoot. This, coupled with experience in brand strategy, typically results in a higher price point for brand and commercial photographs as compared to portrait photographs.
I can't wait to work with you on your next branding imagery!
